"What the Heck is EOS?"

EOS® is a complete set of practical tools that enables organizations to:

• Gain alignment and clarity on vision
• Create a culture of execution and accountability 
• Strengthen organizational health

This will be a seminar/workshop that will detail the 6 key components of The Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) detailed in the book Traction® by Gino Wickman.

The target audience is entrepreneurs leading privately held organizations with 10-250 employees. 

Scott Morin is a Certified EOS® Implementer here in Ottawa and has implemented the system across more than 30 Ottawa based organizations spanning from 7 person startups to 200 employee + mature organizations looking for a strategic and tactical refresh.

Please arrive at 8:15-8:30 where a breakfast will be served. The presentation will last one hour and will start promptly at 9AM finishing at 10AM.
