I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I have been part of a husband-and-wife Couple Therapy team working with my husband, David Rubinstein, M.A., RP. for over 24 years. In addition to being an Intensive Marriage & Couple Therapist, I also maintain an Individual Counselling and Coaching practice of my own. My website, Vibrant Beyond Sixty, empowers women facing late-in-life challenges to live to their fullest as they transition into their retirement years. I focus on anxiety, trauma and managing life transitions primarily drawing upon my experience as a relationship therapist, and my recent knowledge and practice of Energy Psychology. In the past couple fo years, my practice has expanded into working with women from their 20's into their 80's.
